HomeSTEM Academy is an online homeschool specializing in a STEM-focused education model, integrating science, technology, engineering, and math for a dynamic learning experience.
Self-Paced
Students progress at their own speed. Each student receives a personalized academic support plan and weekly lessons based on their specific academic journey. Parents provide feedback to refine their child’s curriculum, ensuring a perfect balance between structure and flexibility.
Online Curriculum
The online curriculum at HomeSTEM Academy is designed to be personalized, flexible, and fully supportive of every student's learning journey. Our online curriculum is delivered through our Learning Management System (LMS) designed to provide an engaging, structured, and self-paced learning experience for students.
Who Can Apply?
For the 2025-2026 school year, HomeSTEM Academy will be accepting applications for grades 6th through 8th. We are excited to launch our innovative homeschool model with these grades and will expand each year to include grades 9th through 12th as we grow.
Families interested in our STEM-focused, personalized online learning environment are encouraged to apply. Our program is designed for students who thrive in a flexible, self-paced setting with active parental involvement and virtual STEM experiences.

CEO and Founder
Dr. Takisha Gastile is a dedicated, certified STEM educator, curriculum specialist, and educational leader with over 18 years of experience in K-12 and higher education. With a background in STEM education, teacher training, and program development, Dr. Gastile has spent her career empowering students, training educators, and advocating for STEM learning opportunities.
